Bylaws of the MRHS |
| As a 501(c)3 corporation, the MRHS is required to be governed by a board of directors and bylaws. Effective April 4, 2006, the MRHS adopted a new set of bylaws that govern the society. These bylaws resulted from the great effort of a committee that formed in 2005 to update the bylaws and policies. Now that the bylaws have been approved, the committee will work to implement applicable policies that will be used to supplement and guild the MRHS.
